COPOPT’s Purpose:

The idea behind COPOPT was born from my own journey. Like a mindful cook crafting a dish to suit their unique taste, I invested time and reflection to discover what truly worked for me. I sought affirmation, validation, and support from Positive Psychology professionals (Jamieson et al., 2010; Worth, 2017), all of which helped me chart a roadmap for personal growth. What I learned along the way was that change—whether simple or complex—is always a process.

And with patience and belief, anyone can navigate that process toward a flourishing life.
